just wondering when using the dvdfab downloader, why do i have to sign in to say amazon prime in the explorer (when im signed in to amazon in firefox and copyed the address over). and if so what information does dvd fab keep if i do sign in using the browser to download a file ? (ie my username and password ect)

As little as possible to make it work. It is kept for your convenience, as it would be on a pc browser. You can avoid it by signing out of your streamer account before shutting Downloader off at the end of a session. If you mean your DVDFab account, you can avoid it by de-authorizing the Fab product after using I suppose.
