Is main website not reachable?

i can get to the forums but when i try www.dvdfab.cn i get nothing or the download page. only seems to be the main facing webpage for dvdfab that doesnt work. other sites work just fine.

Works fine for me also, check your security settings to see if the site is blocked.

Not necessarily true, in fact not likely true. Different url, different IP, different physical servers etc.

Check the blocked sites list in your security software.

forgot to add, i will have to turn off the firewall rule to get meta data and what not, then turn the firewall rule back on when im done with using dvdfab.

I woiuld dump that firewall, apparently full of false positives. I have told Windows to let all the Fab stuff through which worked until an update, so I turned the Firewall off altogether. I use the paid version of Malwarebytes which has kept me protected (so far at least).
