upgrade to StreamFab All-in-One

Hello. This is Igor Ezhelev, user of StreamFab Hulu (jp) Downloader (unlimited) and StreamFab Netflix (jp) Downloader (unlimited). I want to know, how I can upgrade this software to StreamFab All-in-One, and what the price of this upgrade will be.
I have asked this question several times in Japanese and English in the Сhat on your Website, but my questions are either ignored or I get the same automatic answers, not relevant to what I am asking ...

I do not believe it is possible to update to the AIO version of StreamFab. You can purchase it over again if desired. You can send an email to service@dvdfab.cn to check it. Note that a reply may be delayed due to the China Day holiday.
