Performance DVDFab Server for MetaData

Would it be possible for someone to please check/reboot the server for the MetaData information? For several versions of DVDFab now, retrieval of the metadata for a title used to be practically instantaneous; now it takes quite a while for the information to be retrieved.

It may solve a secondary problem I'm noticing, when it comes to trying to upload new information and an error comes back saying someone else already provided it (yet no name is coming back when the metadata is retrieved)

That message indicates that metadata for that title already exists in the database. Please attach a DVDFab internal log for a recent session where this message was received or one where the metadata could not be received.
