Are there free upgrades DVDFab Platinum 4? I purchased this version some time ago. No email addy's recognized. Can I upgrade at all this version?

Doubtful if the email address is not in the database. Check your email archives and see if you can find an order number or some other way to document the purchase. You will need to use the Contact Us link on the DVDFab.com website and select "Business Issues" from the dropdown selector.
