Other Problem with Registration Email Request

I just bought a lifetime license to bluray-mobile. This means I now have five separate licenses. I wanted to get an all in one key so I don't have to enter 5 separate license codes everytime I re-install. So I visited the relevant page on the DVD Fab website, entered my email address & requested an all in one DVDFab 6/7 email.

What turned up was two separate emails, one with the DVD-DVD and DVD-Mobile options, and the other with bluray-bluray, bluray-mobile and file-mobile.

Confused? Why didn't they come all-in-one? Can I just combine the two codes into one and paste them together in future?

I tried resending a second time, but now nothing at all is being sent.

That is odd, I just purchased the Bluray to Mobile also and requested the all-in-one key and had no problems like that. Are the subs all lifetime or do they vary? It shouldn't matter in any case, still should be an all-in-one key.
I would wait until Maineman get's online and he may know a solution if it's not resolved before then. Fengtao will fix if no simple solution can be found.

Yes, they're all lifetime licenses. I am going to try and get an email resend in a few days, perhaps there is a limit to the number of resends allowed in a certain time span.

When I bought File-mobile a few months ago, I got an all in one email that had all four options in; but for some strange reason purchasing No.5 has led to two separate emails with split product licenses!

I have 5 also but they all come together in one key. They do have different serial numbers. Do yours all have the same serial number (it's listed on the "About" screen) or is there more than one? DON'T LIST THE SERIAL NUMBERS IN THE FORUM. The office staff can combine them for you so that they all come in one email. Go to dvdfab.com and use the "Contact Us" link there and send them all the serial numbers (and email addresses if there is more than one) and I think they can fix it for you.

I just took a look and see now the all-in-one-key is now:
DVDFab 6.x/7.x all in one e-mail.

I don't know when this changed.
Interestingly, I have tried retrieving my DVDFab 6.x/7.x all in one e-mail regkey and I'm not able to do so.
Suspecting something has changed...
(nothing on my end to my knowledge...I still have my original gmail addy and it is still recognized by Fengtao)...
I have tried a variety of keys, etc.

Interestingly I have the two older DVD-DVD & DVD-mobiile licenses in one user name - these both also have the same Serial Number.

The other three options Bluray-Bluray, File-mobile & Bluray-mobile (in the order I bought them) all have the same user name (though it is different from the DVD options). But all three have different serial numbers.

Yes, this is the behaviour I noticed. My first attempt was rewarded with two emails as per my OP and the "Email successfully sent" msg recd. ALL my subsequent attempts have given the "Dear Nigel, Thankyou for choosing..." msg with NO emails sent or received.

So I think it is currently broken?

Yup, it sure is.

I've contacted Fengtao and my pal signals (signals will be online a bit later...I don't have an ETA yet...)
Fengtao is in Beijing so we have the time zone thing to deal with...

Thanks. I have contacted DVDFab via the online website to ask to have all five licenses combined under the same user name.

Not quite surprising, as both addresses resolve to the same IP.
The page said "Thank you for choosing DVDFab 6! ============", without the confirmation that the email was ever sent.

All of my licences are lifetime, and not bought recently.

Until this is solved, I won't be ordering another option whose key may get lost...

DVDFab "DVD to Mobile" (Never Expire)

I don't have any BR hardware...so no BR software either.
Unfortunately, I can't try to reproduce the problem.

Yeah it's odd, I have the first email and keys stored on storage devices but just thought I'd test.
Everyone needs to store their info on a thumbdrive or another storage device other than their computer for safe keeping in case of a crash (mine is backed up on 4 different devices, yeah that's overkill but if you had my luck...)
