not long ago i asked a question about fab saying that no matter what i selected in options,my E: drive always defaults,so i have to select C: from the pull down menu or else my DVD Drive opens up every time. some people offered help, but nothing worked. I hope that soon this will be fixed. Thanks.

Please don't hold your breath waiting for that fix... when you install, load, and run a program whose sole purpose is to decrypt and rip DVD files from a DVD disc inserted in your computer, any other use of the program is secondary, and a fix to a secondary task isn't likely to be high on the to-do list.
The one exception to this would be the Mobile option and the Write Data mode, and I believe those default to a hard-drive option (I rarely use them, so I'm not 100% sure).

If you say you want your files under C:/my rips for example, you shouldn't have to program it again,if it's set to the way you want it in options. Just saying.

Are you asking about the Source or the Target? DVDFab will remember whatever target drive you set. Mine opens with E:\VIDEO as the target folder.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ Guide: Using Images in Posts

well the output says C: right now but on the page where the DVD loads, it says E: which is my PC CD/DVD Drive. in order to rip,i gotta use the pulldown menu to say C: everytime or else my E: drive ejects. I can't seem to make it stick. if this is a target issue, and if that will fix it,then show me how, because i'd like to get this fixed. i keep forgetting to pull down to C: and it's frustrating. by the way 90312's attachment for his DVD Fab is what i was talking about.Last edited by Comedyfan; 05-01-2010, 03:46 PM.

All of the modules are included in the install, just won't function until you pay for them. I don't use BR to BR either but as you can see in the picture it's there. How to post the internal log
