Yes, it does (if you select autocrop or do it manually). The crop marks are displayed on the flat, non-anamorphic decoded image.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ Guide: Using Images in Posts

If it only does this sometimes, it is probably the way the DVD is authored. For these titles, try setting the aspect ratio manually, then manually crop out the black bars. These controls are on the Video Effect settings page on the Resize and Crop tabs. For problem DVDs, just try short conversions using the Title start/end settings until you get the values right, it will save time by not converting the entire movie each time. Note that your player will add black bars if its screen does not match the aspect ratio of the video, i.e. 1.78:1 screen playing 2.4:1 content = black bars top and bottom. All this assumes you are talking about conversions using DVD to Mobile.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ If it is letterboxed and you delete the black bars on the left and right, you have in effect changed the aspect ratio to which the original should be rendered. You will have to experiment with the odd titles.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ I have no idea, could be DVDFab, could be the original DVD. That would be a normal aspect ratio (1.78:1) for a decoded anamorphic PAL DVD I think.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ Guide: Using Images in Posts
