    Unable to register components

    I have had DVDFAd DVD to DVD for along time, now I decide to by DVD to mobile, file mover and file to mobile and no matter what I try nothing will register. I have followed the directions precisely...what am I doing wrong.

    What happens exactly?
    Are all the modules in trial mode, including DVD to DVD?

      Now the DVD to DVD gold option says it is a "trial user" and the others say they are registered. I have had the gold since 2000 I think. I am working my way thru the tutorial. Just trying to convert video ts files to ipad files.

        Did you purchase the Gold license with the same email you used to buy the other options? Do you still have the key file for Gold somewhere?

          If it is showing up as "Gold" this would be a really old version of Fab. It has been years since Gold and Platinum were available.

          I suggest that you download the latest version of Fab from this forum and request a version 7 key for all of your purchases from the Fab website and then follow the procedures in the "Registration Key Problems?" thread. (Link below in my signature).

          If you used the same email as Signals asked above, you can request an all-in-one key.
