Just placed order and need help.

Just placed order about 30 minutes agofor DVD to DVD, DVD to Mobile.

Right after, I realized I only ordered a 2 year when I wanted lifetime. Any want I can get the lifetime instead?

Also, I could not get the license code attached file to work. Once I save to desktop, it can't what type of file it is.

I rec'd text I could paste and copy for DVD to DVD and that's working fine.

But I did not get the same text to copy and past for DVD to mobile.

Please let me know. Thanks.

You will have to contact DVD Fab by email regarding the lifetime sub.

They do have upgrades to lifetime if you wanted but try contacting them first like GregiBoy said since you just purchased
