ok would like to know why when i put my reg.# in it only says that my dvd to dvd never exp. and dvd to mobile is expired when in fact it is suppose to be lifetime

Your customer entry in the DVDFab database may be corrupt. Did you purchase DVD to Mobile at the same time and with the same email address as the other options? Did you purchase with the same email that you used to register here at the forum? If you did I can get the staff to check it for you. yes to all however i installed 5.0 something and 6.0 and now (go figuer) 7.0.9.2 now shows dvd to mobil as never expires now
