Remove subtitles from AVI?

I have an AVI file with subtitles I would like to remove. Is there a way to use "File to Mobile" to convert the AVI into MP4 and remove the subtitles?

When I load the AVI file, the subtitle section is blank though? If this can't work, does DVDFab have any other type of program that can do this?

Please let me know. Thanks.

The subtitles are probably burned into the video, no way to remove them except to crop them out.
