If there is anyone who can tell me how to fix my problem with my computer i would apperciate it because i just bought the dvdfab dvd copy and for some reason its bringing up this gray box that says something about i need to update my driver and missing or corrupt files?So how can i fix this problem?

Are you able to do a screen capture of this message you get? Also did you buy DVDfab from the DVDFab.com website http://www.dvdfab.com/?ad=dvdfabforum
