Other Hardware DVDfab compatibility with Epson 7000 Photo Viewer

I have an Epson 7000 Photoviewer and I'm looking for suitable software to create video files this from DVD to play on this.

DVDfab looks like a good option. Has anyone used this to create files for the Epson viewers? If so, what downloads are needed?.

Is this like a digital picture frame? Do you have the video requirements (file type, bitrate, frame rate etc.)?

The Epson 7000 Photo Viewer is a multimedia display device primarily designed for storing and displaying digital still images in jpeg and RAW format. It can also be used for fairly simply photo editing and can be tethered directly to certain digital SLRs for instant photo transfer / display.

In addition, it can play movies and the P-7000 can display MPEG4video and Motion JPEGs. The P-7000 also supports H.264/AVC SVGA (800 x 600) files, and supports 16-bit colour.

It has a 4 inch LCD screen which can display 16.7 million colours.
