Probs creating bluray from .mov files

I'm sure I have something set wrong somewhere, or I'm taking some wrong options, but...

I have 5 .mov files from my vid camera that I'm trying to put on bluray via hdd. The creation process in bluray creator hangs at the very end, it says 100% complete but then just sits and the elapsed clock continues to count up. Time remaining clock says zero. Attached is the log that is created. My only option is to cancel out.

Then, vlc plays the bluray folder fine from my hdd, but when I try to burn the BD, dvdfab cannot load the folder. See entry at bottom of log.

What mode are you trying to use to burn the disc? It should be Write Data mode in Blu-ray Copy. If VLC plays the folder OK, it should burn to disc. It does look like DVDFab had some problems with the audio on the original.
