DVD Creator from TS file - video out of synch

I have some TS files that I have from my recorded. The TS files themselves play just fine. They open Windows Media Player and play correctly. I would like to create DVD's, and have tried DVD Creator, part of the latest DVDFAB; saving the output to my own hard drive for later DVD creation. The audio plays just fine, but the video is speeded up, at least 10% faster than the audio. I have done this twice, converting a single TS file of size 4,088,385 KB. The result is a standard DVD folder with an audio and a video subfolder. The video folder contains VOB, IFO, and BUP files.
Just to make sure, I burned a DVD, and again the video was out of synch.
Would DVD Creator be the right tool to convert a TS file, and are you aware of any such problem. I have been using DVDFAB for years without any problems.

Please use the MediaInfo check ts file audio/video format, so that we verify this problem.
    Thanks!

The TS files are interlaced (1080i) not progressive scan (1080p), DVD Creator is apparently not handling this well. Please also post the MediaInfo text for one of the VOB files in the VIDEO_TS folder DVDFab made and make a zip file of all of the IFO files in that same output folder and use the Manage Attachments button to attach them to a post.

          TS to DVD

Thank you for your message. I have attached these files:
tsfile.txt (The same file that I included in my reply; which is the Mediainfo information about the original TS file).
          dvdfab.internal_log (the latest log file)
vobinfo.txt (Mediafile info about one of the VOB files)
VIDEO_TS.zip (the two IFO files created by DVDFAB)
Thank you, once again, for your prompt attention.
