    Soundtrack out of sync

I have several DVDFab lifetime products and am looking at DVD creator for purchase. I have tried 2 video captures (Hauppauge HD PVR 2, component video/optical audio, ArcSoft ShowBiz) in both .ts and .mp4 formats. They both play perfectly on VLC Media Player, but when burned with 9.0.4.0 DVD Creator trial, they have significant out of sync soundtracks. This appears to get worse as the video progresses toward the end. Is this a known issue? What do I need to send in order for this to be investigated? I really like these products and their quality, so surprized this is happening.

I too have this problem. I used an AVI file, in which the sound was perfectly in sync, and the resulting DVD was significantly out of sync.
I have a number of DVDFab products (9.0.4.1), and was using a trial version of DVD Creator. I won't buy it until this issue is resolved.

Your version of DVDFab is out of date, please update it and try again. For sync issues, the first thing to try is disabling GPU acceleration, but that may not be necessary. If it still does not produce synced output, you will need to start a new thread and attach or post the following:

DVDFab internal log from the Creator session.
MediaInfo text output showing analysis of the Source AVI file.

The problem with bad sync seems to be widespread, a solution is needed quickly. I am dead in the water. Trying to use DVD creator to burn an avi file to disc and the sync is no good. The problem is the very last section of the log. Tried to turn CUDA off and that did not help.
