converted MP4 file to WMV but when I burn it using dvd creator, it shows a DXVA GPU heading and the disc doesn't burn correctly. any suggestions?

Please post the DVDFab internal log. You can set it not to use DXVA in Common Settings->General tab->A/V Codec row. That is for v9, which I assumed you were using. hi, thanks for the response. how can I post my internal log? can you assist with that? also, to the administrator, do I just check the box to disable the gpu codecs?
another issue im having is when I try to burn wmv files using dvd 9, it goes through a clone process first, which usually fails, then into the burning sequence, which, after several hours, appears to run successfully then stalls. the dvds are never burned successfully and the program freezes or crashes. any suggestions on this?Comment

Yes, just put a check in the box to disable GPU.
