DVDFab 8.2.2.8 subtitles not recognized

    DVDFab 8.2.2.8 subtitles not recognized

    I am trying to create a blu-ray with 'Blu-ray Creator' using some m2ts files which have subtitles in them. 'Blu-ray Creator' does not pick up the subtitles. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Interestingly, blu-ray copy picks the subtitles up without any problems.

    Are the subs muxed or in standalone files?

        Hi,

        It is a known issue that DVDFab does not recognize the muxed subtitle.
        It's in our todo list.

        Please post your logs the default location is:
        For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
        For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
        Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
        If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
