I have recently tried to create dvds from .ts and .mkv files. Each had Dolby digital 5.1 at high bitrates in the audio component of the videos. When the DVD creator completed the dvd in each case the audio remained at 5.1 (ac3) however the bitrate dropped to 128kps. Is this standard or is there a facility to put the bitrate for example at 448kps when making the dvd. I understand other software allows this but can't see the whether DVDFab can too?

Audio Bitrate in DVD Creator

Things that can't be changed from the GUI (like this feature) can sometimes be changed by editing a small xml profile or preset within the DVDfab program files folder. I have no idea if this is possible with the Creator audio bitrate parameter, no one else has ever asked that I can remember. Don't forget to make corresponding reductions in the video bitrate if the output files are too large.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................
