I have the Jeff Lynne ELO DVD Wembley or Bust, I want to remove the chapters that are not music from the concert. Is it possible to do this with dvd fab creator?

I would suggest using the chapter range selection in the DVD Copy->Main Movie mode, then use Copy Source to reload the next chapter range. The output of this process will be a separate VIDEO_TS folder for each chapter range you selected. You can re-combine them with Merge mode into a single title. The capture below is from Ripper, but it looks the same in Main Movie.
