35GB MKV turns into 20GB ISO??

    35GB MKV turns into 20GB ISO??

    Hi all,

    I have a 35GB MKV that, using creator, turns into a 20GB ISO file. Obviously I am loosing a lot of picture quality. Is there something I should be doing to avoid this? I was expecting at least a 35GB ISO.

    use BD50 as output then it will be lossless

        Is this a bug in DVDFAB? The MKV is 34.9GB.

          Probably not, what does your MKV contain? Please scan it with MediaInfo and attach the text output to a new post.

                Hello Kadau,

                Creator converts files using fixed bitrate, that is reason for the reduction of file size.

                I will pass this as feature request to our developers.
