    Errors is Blu-ray creator files

    Hello, I am trying to add seven mp4 files to dvdfab blu-ray creator, but I keep getting the message: "Failure opening the selected file, please make sure it is playable". Here are the log files for you to review.
    Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Sorry to hear you have a problem. Please provide some additional information about the mp4 file if you have it. Was it made on your pc? If yes, please tell us the codec settings or better, analyze the file with the free MediaInfo tool and attach the text file output to a post.

      Please rename the file name to English name and try again.

      Please post your logs the default location is:
      For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
      For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
      Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
      If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
