    Help: The Next Three Days Blu Ray

    Hi,

    I was using v8.0.85 and tried to copy the next three days. For this version, it couldn't even find the source.

    I tried to update to v8.0.92 qt and after wards it would scan for a while and then appcrash.

    Any one can help?

    Thanks,

    Did anyone have issues copying The Next Three Days? It seems the DVDFAB can detect the title but won't even get to the scanning screen.

      I used .85 and recorded the movie just fine! Is your disc clean? Try putting in another BR then eject and put the next 3 days in. Also post your log for this movie
      For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
      or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
      or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
      Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal and Burn log(s)and post right here.

        I was able to copy it on May 7 with version 8.0.8.5. I do not recall whether it fit uncompressed on bd25 or not.

        Check your windoz event log for an error. Possibly the problem could be hardware related. Just recently, I had to move both of my optical devices to an add-in SATA board as the motherboard's 6 SATA ports had a problem when all 6 were used. The error was something like "The device \Device\Scsi\ulsata21 did not respond within the timeout period" but YMMV.

                mmm not sure what that means... I posted the logs of the error on a seperate thread.

                        @asin,
                        BeemerBiker referring to Windows logs, not DVDFab logs. He's asking you to look @ Windows Event logs to see if there's any error records leading to a hardware cause of your trouble.

                              Sorry, I can't duplicate this problem either, it worked fine with v8095 and 8096. The DVDFab Support team in Beijing is also trying to duplicate the crash.
