Trouble Copying Blu-ray The Dark Knight

Hello,

I am trying out the trial dvdfab before purchasing the bluray suite. My first backup, fight club, worked perfectly. However I am having problems with the dark knight. Both the full disk function and the main movie function stop at the same percentage due to a read error. (47% for full, 38% main) I have tried every option I am given at this point, retry, abort, ignore, ignore all, but it never advances any further. Any thoughts?

Yes try and clean the disc. Also please post the logs for this movie which are in c/documents/DVDFab it will be the internal log.

Lots of read errors. As suggested earlier by DZ, clean the disc and make sure dust has not collected on the lens of your optical drive.

I am going to delete a few of those logs, they are all very similar.

What is the best method for each? I wiped the blu-ray with microfiber, but did not use any solution. Should I take the drive out of my computer to clean it? Or just open the drive with it on?
