Oh, they know, but you may want to with communicate personally.
Just pm/email any of the dev staff including Fengtao.
Why not try Wilson.Wang who offered assistance in another of your threads.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

So many problems with BD50 to BD9. I finally gave up and decided to purchased an external Blu-Ray writer today. Hopefully with the BD50 to BD25 there will be no problem. Keeping my fingers crossed here.

I contacted the company directly and told them about the slow conversion/compression issue and they told me they will fix it right away, and about 3 days later they came out with this new version "DVDFab 8.1.2.6 Qt is out (October 12, 2011)".

          What's New:

          New: Updated language files.
New: Improved copying and converting speed generally.
New: Some minor changes and improvements.
          Fix: Several problems with preview.

Can't wait to try out this new version.

P.S: I should have contacted them directly from the beginning

            Hi DVDFabLover2011
They read this forum daily, and fixing a problem is not as easy as snapping your fingers, it takes time and some testing on their part.
