Exhanging one key for another?

Ok, so I purchased DVDFab BluRay copy thinking I could rip the blurays I own and get the main movie in one m2ts file to re-encode. This worked for some titles but now I find that on some discs I end up with many files for the main movie. I thought DVDFab Bluray Copy was merging them all into one movie file but it only rips them as they are.

As such DVDFab BluRay Copy doesn't work for me. I guess I really needed DVDFab BluRay Ripper with the m2ts option. I didn't understand this, I thought that DVDFab Ripper only re-encoded to other files didn't rip the raw m2ts. Is there any chance that I can exchange keys for the other product? I don't need both of them.

I'm not asking for a refund, just a key swap - I bought the never expire key for DVDFab BluRay Copy.
