Can not get anything to copy :(

I've not downloaded the newest version I've had 8.1.2.6 Qt
and I have had terrible luck trying to backup anything.

have an I7 with 16 gigs ram
LG Blu ray writer BH12

I've tried..
Star Trek the new one.. It hangs at like 4% just sits there never moves forever.
Transformers Dark of the moon reads like a few % then times out never moves again.
Unstoppable Same thing reads like 1-2% then sits there times down to 0.
Walking Dead Same thing.
Red this one worked like a top used all same settings.

there are literally hundreds of lines like the above.


its's very frustrating.
I've messed with no settings totally formatted machine and placed dvdfab on clean system disabled virus protector the works.
Is there a setting Im missing? Any help would be appreciated.

On all the above I tried main movie, or clone its always the same thing.

Is the Star Trek you mention the new box set of all the movies in the series? Do all the discs have the same results?

Please update to v8.1.3.2 and try one of them again. Please also try placing a checkmark in the Remove HD Audio box.

its the new reboot of Star Trek was about 2 years ago.

Same exact problem as im having with all the movies above it starts to read then just sits there for 30 minutes never moving. the count has went down to 0 mb/s and it made it a whopping 0.2%
Every one the above movies not one has read over 3% Except Red witch it ran through first try and made a beautiful copy.

I am now using the newest edition and same problems

I took your advice and disabled Cuda and it worked made a beautiful copy of the new Star Trek.

Ripped Just the movie to hard drive then compressed and wrote.
