    007 Thunder Ball Blu Ray

Does anyone has problem with 007 Thunderball Blu Ray disk? DVDFab cannot recognize it all all. I put it in my drive and DVDFab does not take it as source. I also have problem with several other titles.

Add a couple more tiles that DVDFab can not make a BluRay full diskcopy.

Here is the log file. DVDFab does not recognize that the bluray drive if I put those disks in. But if I put other bluray disk there, it can recognize it. I tried to select the drive as a folder and the drive DvdFab has the progressive window popped up and running forever.

Both the internal log and burn log show that DVDFab is not able to communicate with your drive. Check for other ripping/burning software that may be blocking the access and disable or exit it. Try turning off autoplay in windows.

                Hi newcomer
Try going into device manager DVD/CD Rom drives, select your drive, right click on it, uninstall it then restart your computer and let windows reinstall your drivers to see if Fab will now be able to communicate with your drive.

I tried that, still does not work. I can see those folders from windows explorer. But DVDFab still cannot recognize it. The laptop I have is HP with Windows 7 professional. Is this general Windows 7 issue?

No, it is not. I have Win7 on an HP laptop and have never had this problem. Install ImgBurn (free) and see if it can see the drive. I still suspect other software blocking access to the drive.

When you have ImgBurn installed, open it and select Tools->Filter driver load order from the menu. Click on the copy to clipboard button and paste it into a post.

I tried that and imgBurn works. It cannot create image with the disk because it is copy protected. But I would think it is normal.

                        Hi newcomer
ImgBurn can not read the disc because it has copy protection on it.
What does it say under Filter Driver Load Order in ImgBurn????

I think you are right. the real issue is that because of the copy protection, when I use HP computer via remote desktop, application cannot access the disk. After I switched to use the laptop screen, it worked just fine. Thank you very much for the help.
