    Still no Warrior solution?

It's been a couple months since Warrior came out, but there's still no workaround for the protection on this disc? Was hoping that the new version would allow for a Full Disc copy. Instead, it still brings up the copyright notice, and skips a few chapters if you use this option.

I read that you can get around it by just copying the main movie, so I just did that, but it would be nice to have the whole disc.

Please post the log you get for this disc so the developers can fix it.

Btw: Lionsgate made several versions of Warrior disc just so the developers cannot test with them all. That's why they need feedback from you. To say Warrior disc is not working is way to generic

If I choose full-disc, it will play for about 5 minutes, and then get the message that the disc has copyright protection, blah blah blah. It goes away after like 30 seconds or something, but the movie only gets like 60% of the way through, and then it starts repeating chapters. So it's like the last 40% of the movie gets cut off. I did get around this problem by just doing Movie Only.....

This does not appear to be the complete log session. The problem may be due to the server failure.

This log was from January 26th... That is all that my log files show for the Full Disc burn.... I can also post my log files for the Main Movie burn I did (which is like 3 times longer than the full-disc burn for some reason?)

The disc has been identified in the db, but as developers have no way to test that one could you please upload the jar files from your disc? from BDMV\BACKUP\JAR

Btw: my version, US (the one with 7.1 channels), plays fine. Played with TMT3 and Passkey active.

Could you also post the log, please? You see, the jar needs to be matched with the version of the Warrior that you have. I'm not referring (just) to Region 1 or US, there are at least 4 different versions only in US of this movie.

                      Thanks for the log.
I see you copied the disc to HDD first. Depending on how the removal of the protection is implemented this method may not work. Also the source you have is around 17GB so there were some transformations applied to it already.
You may need to use the original disc. Still, to save the drive from working too much, you can create a protected iso on the hdd and use that as source to DVDFab.

I always copy the disc to the HD, then compress it to another folder which I then burn. I thought this would be less work for my blu ray drive. When I get the orginal back I will recopy it to the HD, but will it matter if Fab isn't updated?

It is wise to copy to HDD first, yes. But it will matter if the version of DVDFab that you used to copy to hdd first was Warrior-aware or not.

I'll check tomorrow with Fengtao about this situation.

Yes, I've discussed about this case and Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn. Because these discs have an extra protection it matters if the protection is detected first, in order to be removed. If you copy the disc to hdd (and depending on the tool that was used for that, if DVDFab what version) you may have the chance that the protection is not removed.

My advice with Warrior is that you either use the original disc or a protected iso.
A better removal is being worked on, so if you're patient you may get to remove the protection with next (or next-next) version of fab using your current source.
Also I've asked for a confirmation notice to be added to the log, so you can check yourself if the protection has been removed or not.

                              Thank you for your patience.
