Blu-Ray Copy: Stuck at Video reencode bitrate

Hope tinkering around trying to get 3D Blu to work didn't mess up any settings...

Trying to back up a couple Blus - Main Movie.

Reads disc, stops at Task 1/2, pauses at 99% and goes no further than saying Video reencode bitrate.

    #2
    Tried 3 different dics

    Here's my logs:

Can you point me to any other version that I can download that works?...or is it just me?...I haven't seen any other posts/threads on this...

Everything was working fine on Saturday with version 8.1.6.2

Also, how does one get notified of newer versions? I never seem to know...

          Anyone?

I'm not able to backup anything!

          All discs stick at 99%.

Will the new version be out soon? I have tried older version and they all do the same thing!

            Hi Michael3999
Please keep checking the forum for a newer release.

Region A for In Time is supported.

Have you tried copying to HDD first and then doing your compression?

First save it to your HDD as BD50 "Main Movie" without compression.

Then open that hard drive folder select BD25 to compress to another folder on your hard drive.

Use the "Write Data" mode of Fab to open this COMPRESSED folder and burn to a disk.

Doing it this way saves wear and tear on your optical drive and is also faster.
            Hope this helps

Have you tried copying to HDD first and then doing your compression?

First save it to your HDD as BD50 "Main Movie" without compression.

Then open that hard drive folder select BD25 to compress to another folder on your hard drive.

Use the "Write Data" mode of Fab to open this COMPRESSED folder and burn to a disk.

Doing it this way saves wear and tear on your optical drive and is also faster.
                Hope this helps

As soon as I tried to compress from 50 to 25 using this method, it got stuck in the same place.

Am I seriously the only person who cannot compress?

I'm only able to backup a full disc.

No one else has chimed in here with the same issue, so I'm still wondering if I have a setting that's off.
