I reported this error to tech support and they told me they are working on it. First movie i found it on was puss in boots , just got hugo today and the same problem. You copy the movie full 25 gb and it copies ok. When you burn it to disc and put it in your blue ray player you get the error on your tv.

never saw the error before those two movies but i guess all movies after this release date will have it.

Tech support told me they are working on it.

I was able to copy the movie only and it does play

Some Samsung models do not allow network connections when content is run from a BD-R or BD-RE, however this may depend on the firmware as well. If they used to work before you updated your player, the updated firmware is your problem.

This does sound more like a player firmware problem. I had no problem with Puss in Boots.

Do not post again about this without supplying the DVDFab internal log session related to these two titles as requested by Terry5.

Cannot find Jive Tree error when playing Hugo Blu Ray

I have the latest dvdfab 2011/2/11 and once I copy Hugo BD and play it back on my PC's HD (no network connection here), Windvd (Corel) states cant load jive tree! caught:java.lang.no such method error.

I haven't seen this before. Is this a known bug or new fangled copy protection mechanism??
