the descendants wil not open it comes up as bd+generation 12 not supported

Anyone have any tips for making it work? Any changes in the preferences that might affect the outcome?

I have 8.1.6.8 installed and I am always connected to the internet for BD+ updates. Error message is always the same. BD+ not supported.

Error log is similar to the first entry. "Failed to open disc 303"
