BD+ removal requires a live internet connection and the registered version of DVDFab. If you have these things it should work. Wish I had the disc to test. Sorry you are having trouble with this one, I will pass it up the food chain.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ Please help us
Dear all,
Could you please help us to upload all the .svm files in BDSVM folder, and all the .jar files in BDMV\JAR folder? You can upload to a file sharing website like hotfiles, thank you very much!

Please do as the developer asked so that they can find where the problem is.
Thanks

I added all four DVDFab programs to my Windows 7 "Control Panel**Windows Firewall**Allowed Programs" list (they were not there before). I do not have any other firewall (as far as I know). I run Microsoft Security Essentials version 2.1.1116.0. Same BD+ error.
I did a complete uninstall of all DVDFab/Fengtao programs (DVDFab 8 QT; DVDFab 8 Profile Editor; DVDFab Passkey 8; and DVDFab Virtual Drive). I then reinstalled DVDFab8175Qt.exe; downloaded a new DVDFab registration key; and reinstalled the new DVDFab registration key (I have a lifetime license for the entire DVDFab Suite). Same BD+ error.
The "fix" for "The Descendants" Blu-Ray does not appear to work. The movie plays fine on my CyberLink PowerDVD 11 application with my Blu-Ray Read/Write player.
Any working solution suggestions?

Everyone, stop posting all the the disc wont open and getting the same error and do what the developer asked in post 35.
Your asking for help, he's reaching out his hand an your ignoring it.
