After ripping TinTIn to HD , folder size was 23.9 GB ,so I just made a BD50 ISO with the intention to burn to a 25GB disc, but when it was finished the ISO size was 25.3GB...even if I tried to make an BD25 ISO out of this folder it needed compression. I tried another rip, but still no change...I don't remember ever having this happen before. Why does add over 1 GB to this ISO ??

Berdman, I had the same problem with TinTin, main movie to HHD at 50GB I then took the folder for TinTin and used dvdfab to compress to 25GB on HDD again, then used that folder to make main movie and compressed down to 25GB, and worked great! Hope this helps! In dvdfab you'll have to pick 25GB from drop down list!

Thanks, but I already did compress it to fit a 25GB......what I'm really trying to find out is why does it add over 1 GB from the 23.9 GB folder to the ISO file.

Are you making a 2D or 3D final movie?

As you are making a 2D copy, I cannot explain the larger final size of your final file. I was thinking if it was a 3D copy, that would explain the larger size.
