Error 105= Unexpected Packet according to the list. Does the error happen with Full Disc or Main Movie? Post the internal log from the 50->50 attempt.

Take a look in your Documents folder whether you're on XP or Windows 7... I'm not sure about Vista. Within that there is a DVDFab folder and within that should be a Log folder which should have a dvdfab_internal.log file. You can upload this file in a post as an attachment.

Just copy and paste the portion of the log you are having issues with! This is usually at the bottom.
          For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
          or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
          or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal and Burn log(s)and post right here.

Please post the latest internal log. The default location is:
            For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
            or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
            or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
What's more, try the latest release 8173 .
