8173 failed to play from ISO

Installed the update today and copied main movie from Rise of the Planet of the Apes, Flypaper, and Texas Killing Fields. All to .iso files, none would play with Total Media Player 5.114. The previous day I copied several OK with 8168 and they played. Here's my logs:

In what way does it not work? Are you using DVFab Virtual Drive to mount the image? Are you using the .miniso file or writing the full image?

Mounting the iso and running TMT5. TMT5 recognizes the "BR Drive" and when clicking on it the icon turns to the waiting icon and it spins forever.

I dropped back to the previous release version and all 3 BR disks ripped to ISO's worked fine. Something different in the latest release.

It's wierd, I was having problems with a few Blu-ray discs (The Godfather and Star Trek: The Motion Picture to name a couple) copying "main movie" that would slow down to a snail's pace while encoding (encoding for over 10 hours and saying the ETA was still over 10 hours) from one HDD to another using an older version. I upgraded to 8.1.7.3 QT. They now encode perfectly in both quality and speed, but I tried to play them back in TMT5 and I get a black screen. If I run the Blu-ray folders through TSMuxer (selecting Blu-ray as the output) after encoding through DVDFab then they work fine via TMT5 and burned disc. I know I'm not playing them in ISO form, but playing them in folder form in TMT5 has always worked for me in the past. There must be a bug in the new version somewhere.

Yeah, I agree.
I just noticed a similar issue with 8171 Beta...I think anyway, but a recent beta for sure

When selecting playback with my AIOS MP, I got a dead, black screen with rips of Unforgiven and Predator (both BD).
(I'm still archiving to hdds, it never ends, does it?....:rolleyes)

Interestingly, when I navigated into subdirectories and selected "stream" (2mts files), both movies played back just fine.
(I'm guessing this will be a major snafu with multiple 2mts files)

I ripped both flicks again with 8085 and everything seems normal.
