Unable to open disc once again

I decided to buy this disc for my own. Could you please take a look ?


When I inserted the blue-ray disc on F drive, then open DVDFAB to make the soft copy. However, the pop-up window " Open Blu-ray source: F:\ [THE Viral Factor]... keep running, it seems DVDFAB cannot decode the movie. I've cleaned up the disc before insert into the ROM.

I've attached all necessary files for your investigation.

Not sure what you mean.

The log shows you cancelled the copy just as it was opening the disc. Please let it run a little longer.

I have run the disc more than 10 minutes, but it is still in vain.
