Unable to Open The Rookie

Just got a brand new Bluray-The Rookie.

However, I am unable to open the disc, using 8.187, 8.186, 8.178, and 8.176.

Nothing irregular can be visually detected from the surface of the disc.

Since it was not openable, there is no log to be posted.

Can any one help? Thanks,

That's not necessarily true, please check the log and post it.

Sorry for my ignorance.

I never knew DVDFab is such an honest software that even documents its own failure.

Here is the one from 8.186. If you need, I can post the ones from other versions that I have tested without success.
