New Build - BD Copy Stops Working Every Time

I just built a new computer for a friend and installed the DVDFAB that he purchased. On every BD I try to copy, after a few minutes it says that DVDFAB has stopped working and is shutting down. Please let me know what info you need to help diagnose this problem. Thanks!!!

    The BD Burner is a Lite-On IHBS212-08 R. It's running Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate.

Try v8.1.8.7 Beta, the log looks like the disc opened fine, but there are no entries after that. Make sure there is no software installed that is interfering with DVDFab's access to the drive. Also try disabling all GPU acceleration.

I think the problem was the GPU acceleration. I've gotten it to work with using software only.
