Blue ray copy

I have copied my blu ray discs using the cinavia protection mode and all is great see attchment but when I insert it into my Panasonic SC BTT 590 it will not play , it reads for about three seconds then displays stop. Can anyone one please shed some light on this for me please. Mnay thanks in advance for your help.

Look in your documents folder there will be a DVDFab folder in it there is an internal log and that's the one we need to see.

lawbringer, go into common settings and turn off all gpu stuff, make sure everything is set to software and try again with a fresh blank. Sometimes when a burn attempt fails and the blank is reported as empty it's really not and this error is returned if you try again on the same blank, not saying you did that, it's just one reason.

You selected to create protected disc (BDMV-REC), the burned disc only could be played on PS3.
Please not check the check-box if you want to play on your Panasonic SC BTT 590 player.

You'll end up with that error only if your standalone blu-ray player supports Cinavia. But like Wilson said, if you check it and create a Cinavia workaround disc, it is a BDMV-REC format that very few blu-ray players support. My guess is Sony just removed support of it in the PS3 after firmware 4.0. Problem solved on their end.

Many thanks Superfist for the reply, I am away for the weekend so cant try anything just now but on my return home will give it a go. My Panasonic home theatre is Cinavia protected SCBTT 590, but I thought the movie you copied and the player had to have both Cinavia for the protection to work,(The protection has two elements (one cannot work without the other):
if you copied the movie with DVD FAB, I thought that it replicated the sound files , so that it could be played back on a stand alone even though it was Cinavia protected? I am sorry if I have this incorrect, tried to back up (Woman in Black and Salt but both audio tracks were muted after about 20 mins, is there anyway around this? Many thanks in advance.

This is how the Cinavia infection works, it must find an AACS protected disc or the audio will mute. The workaround is what has been suggested, create the BDMV-REC disc, which will no longer work in the PS3 game platform but will work in many standalone Bluray players. You can get a non-Cinavia BD player for not much money (sometimes <$50US) on sale.
