Haywire: Unknown error

The Blu-ray of the movie Haywire (European region code "2" or "B") returns the "unknown error" after a short time of analyzing the disc with DVDFab's Blu-ray Copy. The related log excerpt is as follows:

You are welcome, I think it was a server update that just happened to be at the same time as the v8.2.0.0 release. Glad it is working now either way.
