Problems Copying Blu-ray

For a long time now I have been having problems copying any of my blu-rays. I always get a message that I need to buy pass key. I have written to tech support. This is my latest communication:

Operating System:Windows 7
Software Version:8.1.9.0
Software:Blu-ray to Blu-ray
Blu-ray Copy mode:Main Movie
Blu-ray to play/copy:American Reunion
Message:
This is the latest Blu-ray I have tried to copy. No matter what I try to copy (Blu ray) and regardless if it is whole disc or main movie I keep getting the following message "You are using passkey Lite ( Free version)
To open this Blu-ray disc, you need buy or renew DVD Fab Passkey for Blu-ray option". I have an all in one lifetime subscription and am wondering why this keeps popping up. With the all in one product I did not think I needed passkey.

Please note that you need to login your computer as administrator to install and register DVDFab on Windows 7. Maybe you can specifically amend the shortcut properties of DVDFab to "run as administrator", and then register.

If you have registered DVDFab correctly, you should find your name and license number and Enable as "YES" on the welcome screen of DVDFab.

I have done all of this and still no luck. I have lifetime DVD and Blu-Ray copy as well as all the rest. I was told that I did not need to buy passkey as it is part of DVD and Blu-ray copy (Not the actual progream but the technology needed to work these two programs.

If anybody has any suggestions it would be appreciated. Thanks

You do not need Passkey. If you have it installed, exit it or turn it off. You need DVDFab to be registered correctly. You can check this by clicking on the "?" in the upper right border and selecting About. It will show you what is licensed and registered (should read "Enabled").

Which method are you using to register DVDFab? And you MUST run the installer from a user account with Administrator permissions or use Run As Administrator.

I am now using 8.2.0.5. When I go to the ? mark the following ar my settings:

Enabled / Never Expire: DVD Copy/Ripper, Blu Ray Copy/Ripper, BluRay-DVD, Video Converter, 2D-3D Converter, DVD Creator, File Transfer. Blu Ray Creator is Trial User/Never been used. HD Decrypter is Free/Never Used.

I never purchased Passkey, but as I said it says that I am using a free version of Passkey. How do I turn that off?

I am the only person using this computer. I am using it from my initial settings. How do I know if I am the admisistrator? I should be. Also, when I register the product and install, I go top the web site, click download, follow the instructions. It then just starts working. When I have been sent new keys or upgraded keys I copy and past them into the registration area and click register. It then just works.

I have also noted that I have installed on my computer DVD Passkey 8.0.0.2 dated 17/11/2010. Should I uninstall it? When I select uninstall it asks if I want to uninstall Passkey and all of iots components..
