    Unable to Rip MP4 from ISO

    Hi,
    I've been trying for 48 hours non stop and had this error :
    Work 1 failed, Error = 504.00 0 error: filter name(native_mux), type(128), id(12), get module_error(502.14 13)

    when ripping into MP (h264) from ISO copy of Smurfs and Rango.
    I have already disabled hardware acceleration.
    Please assist as it is killing me.

    I can't say for sure but make sure you are not selecting an HD audio track from the source. Try selecting an AC-3 audio track.

        DVDfab, Please HELP!!!

        Summary:
        I have ISO copies of the bluray and I need to rip them into MP4 as my media streamer doesnt recognise ISO nor MT2S. But I tried ripping into mp4 h.264, xbox, DVDFab versions but all produce errors.

        Please advise on how can I get to rip into useable mp4 file?

          Hi,
          I noticed my DVDfab keep crashing after this latest update. I'm not sure if it installed properly. Some questions: Whenever there's an update, do I install the DVDfab in the same existing folder? or do I update in a separate folder and delete the old folder once its done? What's the correct process?

          Meanwhile, how do i re-install the old version of DVDfab and try out if it works?

            It should install over the top, but on rare occasion there could be a glitch. Uninstall and run ccleaner, a free download, and scrub the registry until no errors are found. Sometimes if there is a glitch it takes two or three times. then download a fresh installer and install. Sometimes that will cure many ills.

              Hi,
              I've tried uninstalling the existing version and doing a clean install of the latest DVDfab but still it crashes within seconds of ripping the Smurf, Rango, Up and any other movies that I have tried.

              I have used AC3 instead of HD also.

              Please assist to rectify this. thank u.

                I can't reproduce this problem. Possibly heat related?? Post the log file from the conversion that crashes.

                  Please post the whole internal log.Thanks.
                  The default location is:
                  For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
                  or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
                  or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
                  Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
