Set for BD25 but makes 5.56G crap quality movie

Trying to copy Battleship. I'm set for BD25 output and when it scans the files it says size 93% (23.979 -> 22.461 GB). I tell it make the disc and it churns out a 5.56GB pixelized disc of crap, repeatedly. I've tried different things and it still ends up the same. Not sure if this problem is in relation to the specific movie or with the version update. Anyone seen this before or have an idea what is going on?

Yes and based on it I would suggest you go into common settings and disable GPU activity, set all the A/V codecs to software and give it a go.

It shrunk it even more with the GPU stuff off. Got another Blu-ray coaster. lol I'll try it straight from the disc when I get back from Deer Hunting in 5 days.

Finally got a chance to try from the disc. It worked. Came out to 21.8G. It was horribly slow. About 15hours of processing. Far slower than main movie to HD and then disc from HD. It worked though. Odd.

You could clone to ISO file on HD (1:1) first and then compress main movie to bd 25 from HD.
