An Unknown Error Occurred

I keep getting "An unknown error occurred" message when I try to read a blu-ray disk. This is happening with every disk I insert...even one's that used to work. I just updated my software to V8.2.2.0 and it's still doing it. Please Help!!

I get the exact same thing. Everything has worked great for months and now nothing (unknown error) with any disc. I upgraded to 8.2.20 and tried bet version 9 and same result.... help.

gran torino riped failed after 2 minutes

since im using bootcamp i just have 1,5GB space in internal hard drive, so im copying to a external, and this anoying error continue to showed up.

i was able to put more space in internal hard drive and now im having 1,82gb free space, and some of the movies are ripping ok could be reated i dont no.

need to test a little further.

only missing the MIB lll 3D still ripping 50%
