Blu-ray Copy - reencoding bad quality

We try to reproduce this problem in many of environmnt, luckly reproduced in one Win8 PC.
No matter V8 and V9 both can repro this problem. Chech the ripped mp4 file with MediaInfo, cannot find the info below:
Lour_primries : BT. 709-5.
That is mean the colour parameters is missing durning the ripping process.
But after I uninstall V9 and V8 then install it again with the same version.
The colour washing problem gone. I can never repro it again.
So please clean your environment then tell us the result.

After verification, I have BT709 in Media Info but my movie look washed.
I'll make a fresh install of Windows 7 and DVDFab to try...
I have AviSynth and FFDShow installed also on my system, perhaps a conflict with them
