Please Help

Hello,
In the past I was able to back up blu-rays no problem at all...Now I am have problems weather it is an older Blu-ray or a newer one... I have just gotten a new computer and I am still having the same problem, it will not read the disc might get like 5% in and blow off...The problem occurs on both the latest version of DvdFab 8 and 9... Please help because it is starting to get very frustrating...Thanks and look forward to hearing your responses...

I don't know if this will help but you can download version 8.0.8.5 a older version to see if its the version of fab as you say your having problems with the newer versions.

Also go on the internet get cc cleaner its a free program delete the fab program now clean your files with it then clean your registry this gets rid of a lot of junk and your computer will run better.Now go get fab and re install and try again hope this helps you.

You need to post the internal log from one of the newer versions, preferably v9.

Try disabling the GPU acceleration in DVDFab Settings.

I read in some other topic a day or 2 ago about a guy with 2 video cards and having problems with fab when i did a search nothing showed up.

sorry to bother you again...but to disable GPU goto A/V codec and click the disable all GPU...correct???

Ok seems to work fine with the GPU disabled but its gonna take about 22 hours to read as with it enabled it takes about 10-12hours...I am gonna try and enable it again and if it blows off will send the log

By you telling me to leave it disabled is not telling what the problem is....Is the problem with Nvidias CUDA or is the problem with DvdFab????

The problem is obviously with the NVidia CUDA.

It usually is the driver which you can attempt to fix by updating.

ok downgraded my video driver and didnt work...went to the newest beta driver and didnt work....disabled my second video card in device manager and didnt work...Now what???
