Twelve O'Clock High "Failed to Open"

Brand new disc plays ok and I get this error, "Failed to open. Please check if it's playable." Tried two different BR drives on the computer. Same error. Disc is clean, brand new, right out of the package. Tried 9.0.4.3 and 9.0.4.4. This disc has been out for a couple of years, I believe. Thanks.

I just tried version 9.0.4.5 and I get the same error.

So I assume this problem is being looked at?

thank you for your patience. The issue is fixed, but you'll need to get the next build that will contain the fix. Any of the next DVDFab, Passkey or MediaPlayer that are released should work.
