Blu-ray copy-no media detected

Hi, I'm new to the forum so forgive me if I make mistakes. I'm having a problem with Blu-ray copy. When I put in a blank BD-R DL (Taiyo yuden brand) I get a message "no media dtected in drive E, please insert compatible media to start write process" Anybody ever get that message or know what is wrong. Thanks

Please checked the disk surface & there's not a scratch or speck or dirt on it, and post your dvdfab_internal.log.

You attached the entire log folder, what was the task? Looks like you were using Blu-ray to DVD to make a DVD of Good Day to Die Hard and burn it to a blank DVD. Is that correct?

If so, which burning engine do you have selected in DVDFab Settings?
